About us
Action Research Centre (ARC) is a non-profit organization established in 2004 in Thane. The organization aims at social and economic empowerment of marginalized, vulnerable, and excluded population groups such as women, young people, and children in Maharashtra. ARC primarily focuses on evidence-based programming through an action research approach where the results of the research are used in strengthening strategic decisions, deepening community engagement, improving the program delivery, and creating knowledge resources for all-round development of the marginalized community. The organization is fully compliant with 12A, 80G, FCRA, and CSR-1 registrations.
